Job Profile:

• Working on Route problems to internal 2nd level and 3 rd level IT Support staff
• Working on Administer and provide user account provisioning and activities
• Working on assign work orders / incidents to appropriate support teams and follow up untill closure
• Provide hardware /software /network problem diagnosis resolution via email/chat /telephone/web, monitoring and management of various IT Infrastructure components for customers and end users
• Escalate problem  to appropriate support specialists
• Working on routine maintenance updates with other IT staff and business units
