• Arts and Science graduates –  2014 pass outs graduates B.Com/ B.Sc/BBA/ BBM/ BMS/ B.Pharm/ BA are eligible.
• B.Sc Exccept Statistics/ ISM / Computer Science/ IT & BA Except Economics
• B.E, B.Tech, BCA, MBA, MSc, MCA, M.Com, MA, BSc IT, MSC IT, and M.Tech is not eligible.
• Candidates should have Excellent communication skills.
• Minimum 15 years of regular education (10+12th+3 years graduation).
• Candidate  Graduates through open universities/ correspondance graduates need not apply.
• Not more than 2 years gap in graduation.
• Candidates should not have any backlogs.
• Should  have to attended the interview process with TCS BPS in the last 6 months will not be eligible.
